Brenna is lead partner of the employee benefits and executive compensation practice in Georgia, and is a key member of our nationwide and global teams. Brenna focuses her practice exclusively on employee benefits and compensation matters. She advises clients across the country on a range of matters, including the design, implementation and compliance of qualified and nonqualified retirement plans, executive compensation arrangements, fringe benefits and other benefit programs. Brenna also provides employee benefits advice in corporate transactions.
