Lisa works with CMBS/CRE CLO/Alt-ABS master and special servicers, portfolio lenders, other financial institutions and owners to find strategic and cost-efficient solutions to finance, administer and manage their commercial real estate investments and portfolios. She represents structured finance participants in the acquisition of servicing rights in public and private securitizations across a broad array of asset classes, including whole business loan products. During 2025, Lisa represented these clients on securitizations having an aggregate deal value exceeding $58.3 billion. Lisa also is an expert in post-securitization servicing consents, special servicing and loan restructurings. During the Great Financial Crisis, she handled the resolution of the largest defaulted specially serviced loan, completing a $1.2 billion mortgage loan restructure on behalf of a special servicer with payment in full to holders of securitized and rake bond debt; she is currently representing a servicer on the first rated whole business securitization involving a transition to a back-up manager and appointment of a successor manager due to persistent financial challenges. She also counsels developer/owner clients in complex acquisition, development and debt and equity transactions involving office, multifamily and hospitality assets and portfolios across the country.
