Patricia Gorham

Co-leader of Eversheds Sutherland’s US and global professional liability practices and a member of the global competition practice, Patti Gorham has 40 years of experience representing clients in high-stakes, complex business litigation. Her areas of focus include antitrust, accounting liability and securities fraud class actions. Patti represents accounting firms, public and private companies, and officers and directors in federal and state court litigation, in bankruptcy court adversary proceedings, in internal investigations, before the US Securities and Exchange Commission, and in connection with Department of Justice, grand jury and other civil and criminal investigations.

Patti has worked with clients from a wide range of industries, including food production, financial services, energy, insurance, software, and manufacturing, retail and distribution.

Patti serves on the Board of Governors of the State Bar of Georgia, is the Immediate Past Chair of the State Bar of Georgia’s Antitrust Section, and is active in professional associations related to her areas of practice.
