Jenny Fletcher has been active in solving complex construction industry issues for more than 35 years. She is a recognized leader in construction law, Jenny has served as lead counsel and successfully resolved complex construction disputes throughout the country and internationally. Her practice is unique in that she has represented all major categories of construction industry parties, including construction managers, developers, general contractors, owners, municipalities, design professionals, and specialty contractors.

Jenny has served as lead counsel in many jury and bench trials, arbitrations, appellate arguments, court hearings and ADR proceedings. She has extensive jury trial experience, including winning the largest construction jury verdict in Nevada in 2003. Jenny has settled many complex cases without the need for trials or hearings. She also serves as a construction industry neutral for arbitrations and mediations. She is recognized as a member of the American Arbitration Association Construction Industry Mega Case Panel; is a fellow in the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators; and is co-chair of the Construction Committee for the International Institute for Conflict Prevention and Resolution. Jenny is a Past President of the American College of Construction Lawyers and serves as an ex officio member of its Executive Board.
