David is nationally recognized for representing a broad range of regulated and non-regulated lenders throughout the finance continuum, with a focus on complex out-of-court workouts, debt restructurings, and related transactions. Pulling from decades of experience with diverse strategies and approaches and with a keen eye on the end result, David guides financial institutions in all aspects of bankruptcy cases, including Section 363 sales, debtor engagements, debtor-in-possession financing, and creditor representations. In addition to his distressed practice, David also regularly advises clients on mergers and acquisitions, litigation, real estate financing, and structured financing transactions. David has driven multinational and multijurisdictional matters that cover a broad array of industries, including transportation, retail, hospitality, consumer products, manufacturing, pharmaceutical products, real estate, banking, and healthcare.
