Peter Fozzard

Advising traditional lenders and lead left arrangers, underwriters, private capital funds, and private placement investors, and generation and transmission cooperatives, renewable energy developers and investment grade or near investment grade corporate borrowers across the country, Peter helps finance utility, telecommunications, agricultural, automotive and other corporate operations and project and infrastructure development. His background includes senior secured and unsecured, second lien and subordinated financings; private placements and other taxable and tax-exempt debt issuances; government-guaranteed financings; government grant programs; project financings; structured financings of inventories; commercial paper offerings; working capital and bridge lines of credit; and letter of credit transactions. Peter also has developed, from over 35 years of experience, a deep understanding of the electric cooperative industry and strong relationships with all relevant industry players.
