Christina Rissler

Christina Rissler has 25 years of experience representing financial institutions, corporate borrowers, private equity firms and other market participants in secured and unsecured, domestic and international, commercial lending and structured finance.

Christina advises on senior, second lien and mezzanine financings; working capital, investment and leveraged acquisition financings; lines of credit; accounts receivables financings and asset-based loans (ABL); fund finance transactions; letter of credit transactions; workouts and restructurings; single-currency and multicurrency, domestic and cross-border financings; and loan syndications and participations. Among other industries, Christina’s experience includes transactions in telecommunications, financial services, manufacturing, staffing, automobile and transportation, water and timber/agribusiness.

Christina is a US Deputy Practice Group Leader of Finance at Eversheds Sutherland. She is also a member of and has held various leadership positions in the American College of Commercial Finance Law and the Uniform Commercial Code and Commercial Finance Committees of the ABA’s Business Law Section. Christina has taught contract drafting as an adjunct professor at Mercer University School of Law and has given a number of presentations on topics of interest within the commercial finance space and.
