Practice Areas

Litigates and advises clients regarding hiring, discipline, compensation, promotion, and discharge issues; unlawful discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims; whistleblower claims; and non-competition agreements. Assists clients with DOL wage and hour investigations, OFCCP audits, disability and leave issues, transactional issues and union avoidance. Handled wage and hour class and collective actions in various jurisdictions, obtained favorable jury verdicts across the country in a variety of employment lawsuits including age, sex, race, and national origin discrimination claims, harassment, and retaliatory discharge claims.
