Amy Karff Halevy

Counsels and represents employers in all areas of employment law. Provides advice in complex and high-level investigations involving employee misconduct or other employment issues. Assists employers in navigating difficult employee terminations while minimizing legal risk. Guides clients in the preparation and application of employment policies.

Practice includes more than 35 years of experience defending employers in court and before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and state agencies against allegations of race, sex, national origin, religion, age and disability discrimination. Successful in defeating claims at the summary judgment stage in state and federal court. Also experienced in successfully resolving claims in mediation or through other informal settlement negotiations.
