He has defended design professionals and contractors against high-profile wrongful death and personal injury claims resulting from structures that collapse while under and after construction, guided data center developers through billion dollar projects, and resolved disputes involving construction defects, extra work and delay claims on data center, multi-family, industrial and stadium projects. Bill also provides due diligence advice for a major international design firm for its acquisitions.
