After 41 years, Henry Parkman continues to resolve difficult construction industry disputes. His practice primarily focuses on the many issues that arise from the planning, design and building of construction projects. Henry’s extensive experience includes power plants, highways, railroads, bridges, runways, industrial plants, reservoirs and buildings.

Henry tries cases before judges, juries and arbitrators and successfully conducts mediations on a variety of construction projects and issues, as well as on other commercial and real estate disputes. Henry has also successfully handled numerous appeals in state and federal appellate courts.
