Todd is Head of the US Environmental Practice and Global Co-Head of Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG). He has over 30 years of experience in the practice of environmental law.
Todd represents clients in environmental litigation and regulatory compliance matters under a wide array of federal, state, and local environmental and laws and policies. He also advises clients throughout the US, and US-based companies doing business overseas, on environmental liability and risk management, including ESG.
Todd has won high-profile cases involving water, wetlands, endangered species, air emissions, contaminated property, and the National Environmental Policy Act, and has been involved in major brownfield redevelopment projects in every region of the country.

Personal
In addition to his private practice, Todd is active in his community. He is a Leadership Atlanta alum and has served on the boards of the Institute for Georgia Environmental Leadership, the Georgia Conservancy, the Atlanta Shakespeare Company and All Saints’ Episcopal Church. Todd received his J.D. from University of Virginia School of Law in 1993 and his B.A. with honors and highest distinction from University of North Carolina in 1990.
