Tom has extensive experience in commercial real estate, including sales, leasing, financing, brokers licensing, and zoning. He also regularly advises clients on zoning and land use in Philadelphia, such as One Liberty Place, the Comcast Center, and the Comcast Technology Center (each the tallest building in the city at the time), the luxury condominium 1706 Rittenhouse, the office building nearing completion at 2222 Market St. and the office building now under construction at 2000 Arch St. Current developments include several affordable apartment complexes for non-profit sponsors. He has taught the course Land Use Law and a seminar in the Practice of Land Use Law at the University of Pennsylvania Law School.
