Stephen B Crain

Primarily focuses on the energy sector and represents producers, generators, traders, developers, and suppliers; additionally, routinely handles disputes involving alleged violations of securities laws and large-scale construction matters. In the past ten years, Stephen has tried or arbitrated more than twenty-five cases to verdict or final award. In the last few years, Stephen has argued appeals before the Texas Supreme Court, the Fifth Circuit, and the Third Circuit.

Stephen has extensive experience arbitrating US and international matters to awards under all major arbitration regimes and serves as an arbitrator in US-based and international arbitrations.
