They also assist clients in various stages of a lending transaction, including refinancings and restructurings (including out-of-court restructurings) of existing loans, DIP financings and exit financings for both borrower and lender clients.


Bracewell lawyers structure and document a full range of senior, subordinated and mezzanine debt and first or second lien (or first and second out) financings, including syndicated and bilateral facilities. They also assist sponsors and lenders with asset monetization and a wide variety of bankruptcy remote structures, structured commodity hedges, credit sleeves and tax structures, including master limited partnerships.
