Co-chair of the Policy Resolution Group, the government relations and strategic communications section. Assists clients with effective participation in the legislative and regulatory processes in the areas of environment, energy, trade, and regulatory issues. Has led campaigns for clients in financial services, health care and other fields. Advises clients on strategic planning and communications in changed circumstances through public-affairs initiatives, monitoring, advocacy and negotiations with the US Congress and federal government agencies.

Recognized as a reasonable, well-versed spokesman on energy, environmental, regulatory and legal issues and is quoted regularly in the national media, including offering commentary on network television and radio.
