Rosalind (Rosie) is a partner in the highly regarded Court of Protection team at Thomson Snell and Passmore, and a Director in the firm's trust corporation. She specialises in deputyship work with particular experience in complex brain injury cases. She manages high value clinical negligence and personal injury damages awards on behalf of clients and deals with all aspects of Court of Protection work, including gift and statutory will applications. Rosie acts as an expert witness and prepares reports for litigation lawyers, commenting on costs in Court of Protection cases.

Rosie read History at the University of Southampton and completed the GDL and LPC at the College of Law, Guildford. She is married with 2 young children and lives in Tunbridge Wells, Kent. She enjoys playing tennis, skiing and hiking.
