Penelope works with farmers, estate owners and other rural businesses and, with other members of the team, undertakes all aspects of non-contentious rural property work. The firm's agricultural team provides a broad range of advice on dispute resolutions; formation of partnership and other farming agreements; tax planning for farming families; development and promotion agreements; renewable energy projects and more. Penelope's background was in pure commercial property so she particularly enjoys advising farming clients who have diversified their offering to include commercial units and renewables.
