Richard acts for lenders, developers, land owners, occupiers and public sector bodies including local authorities and further education colleges and charities.
Richard is Head of Department and joined the firm in 2006 from a Kent firm. Richard was previously a managing associate in Linklaters London office.
He has participated in a number of conferences speaking about collaboration between the private and public sector and the regeneration of the Thames Gateway.
