Deals with litigation in the Technology and Construction Court, adjudications and arbitrations. Particular experience in adjudication, valuation disputes, delay related claims, and technical multi party professional negligence claims following design failings. Also deals with project documentation and project support for a wide variety of construction projects.
Joined Thomson Snell & Passmore in 2006 as trainee and moved to the construction and engineering team upon qualification. Became a Partner in 2017.
