Practice Areas

Faye advises on all aspects of corporate transactions. She has particular expertise in M&A, in terms of the sale and purchase of companies and businesses, as well as PE. She specialises in corporate restructuring, succession and exit planning, management buy-outs (MBO) / buy-ins (MBI), joint ventures, share schemes/options, shareholders agreements and general corporate advisory work. Faye mainly acts for private limited companies, entrepreneurs, owner-managed businesses, family businesses and individual shareholders. Her approach is to become involved in transactions and her clients’ project teams from the initial planning and due diligence stage, to ensure that the deal is delivered to completion as seamlessly and efficiently as possible.

Career

Faye trained with Thomson Snell & Passmore and joined the Corporate & Commercial team upon qualification in September 2015. She was promoted to Partner in 2021. She was the winner of the Kent and East Sussex JLD Junior Lawyer of the Year Award 2016/2017, and also winner of the Kent and East Sussex JLD Trainee Solicitor of the Year 2015/2016.

Personal

Faye studied Law with Australian Law at the University of Nottingham and the University of Melbourne, Australia. Faye went on to complete the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law, London Bloomsbury.
