Partner in family department handling all areas of family breakdown including medium-high net worth financial claims; issues relating to children including mid week, weekend and holiday arrangements; financial claims on behalf of children; leave to remove applications to relocate with children abroad and advice and applications in relation to UK relocation. Also gives advice on and prepares separation agreements; cohabitation agreements and pre-nuptial agreements. Collaborative lawyer and Law Society accredited and Resolution trained mediator qualified to directly consult with children.
Career
Trained with Warners 1995-97 and solicitor there until 2000 when joined Cripps Harries Hall, becoming a partner in 2003 until 2011. Joined Thomson Snell and Passmore in 2011 as a partner. Chair of the West Kent and East Sussex collaborative law group since 2006.

Chair of the West Kent and East Sussex Collaborative Law Group, Member of Resolution, Law Society accredited and Resolution trained mediator qualified to see children.
