Roberto Perez-Prieto

His professional practice is focused in commercial arbitration and judicial litigation in civil, commercial, constitutional and administrative disputes. He is specialized in designing and executing legal strategies for his clients, such us hearing preparation, witness preparation and the realization of the oral allegation.

He joined the firm as an Associate in 2018. Prior to that, he worked at Priori & Carrillo Abogados Law Firm (2009-2017).

Roberto is lawyer from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú with a Master Degree in Procedural Law from the same institution. He teaches “Evidence Law” and “Oral allegation skills”, both in Law School and the Procedural Law Master Program in Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú. Furthermore, he has been professor in several courses at Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú: “Law Efficient Comunication” - Law School (2014- 2017), Typical Proofs - Postgraduate Degree in Procedural Law (2016-2017), “Due Process” - Master in Procedural Law (2017).

He is a native Spanish speaker and is fluent in English.
