Adriana is Director of Gómez-Pinzon’s office in Medellín, she has more than 25 years of professional experience as a lawyer in the financial, capital markets, and investment banking sector.

Her field of practice has consisted of public market transactions, as well as transactions involving mergers and acquisitions of companies, corporate reorganizations, acquisition of assets, syndicated loans, privatizations, and legal structuring of investment banking transactions.
