Roberto has extensive experience advising buyers and sellers in M&A transactions involving private and listed companies across all sectors of our economy. He has also worked on the formation of business alliances and joint ventures. Additionally, his expertise includes advising on corporate disputes, bringing his knowledge of corporate laws, regulations, and corporate finance to the table.

He is a founding partner of Miranda & Amado (1999). Previously, he was an associate at Estudio Echecopar from 1996 to 1999, and at White & Case in New York from 1993 to 1996.

Roberto is a lawyer from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú and holds an LL.M. from New York University Law School.

He is a native Spanish speaker and fluent in English.
