Rob advises on commercial real estate transactions, including data center development, leases and service level agreements; office, industrial and retail development and leasing; and general commercial real estate development. His engagements span most of the 50 states, Puerto Rico, Canada, Western Europe and Singapore. Leader of the Eversheds Sutherland (US) data center practice, Rob helps developers and end users build, finance, purchase and lease data centers and colocation facilities. He negotiates leases, service level agreements, meet me room agreements, facility management agreements, tax incentives, power purchase contracts, indefeasible rights of use and fiber optic cable access agreements.
