Pete serves as a co-head of Eversheds Sutherland’s Global IP Group and counsels clients in a variety of global industries, including energy, chemical, pharmaceutical, manufacturing and fashion brand companies, on all aspects of IP protection, controversies, and transactions. With a degree in chemical engineering, he concentrates in chemical and mechanical patent prosecution, trademark prosecution, and disputes such as Inter Partes Reviews, trademark cancellation and opposition proceedings, trade secrets, copyrights, transaction diligence, negotiation and drafting of IP terms in agreements, collaboration, development, research, and licensing agreements, validity and infringement opinions, and litigation. Pete is registered to practice before the US Patent and Trademark Office.
