Patrick Rizzi

For nearly three decades, Patrick Rizzi has represented and advised clients on aviation-related U.S. legal, regulatory, policy, transactional, and litigation issues. Pat has in-depth experience advising passenger and cargo airlines, airports, infrastructure companies, on-demand air taxi operators, aerospace manufacturers, investment and private equity firms, repair stations, operators of uncrewed aircraft systems, and technology companies in these areas. He regularly represents clients before the U.S. Department of Transportation and the Federal Aviation Administration, as well as the National Transportation Safety Board, U.S. Customs and Border Protection, the Transportation Security Administration, and other government agencies.
