Missy Healy represents employers in labor and employment matters, including litigation, collective bargaining, and workplace investigations. Based in Portland, she advises clients across a range of industries on complex workplace issues and employment disputes.

Missy has a strong traditional labor practice and regularly represents employers in collective bargaining, arbitrations, and proceedings before the National Labor Relations Board. Her work also includes defending employers in employment litigation and advising on a wide range of employment‑related claims and regulatory matters.

She has significant trial and arbitration experience, having first‑ or second‑chaired more than 25 jury trials and arbitrations. In addition to her litigation practice, Missy counsels employers on workplace policies and compliance, conducts internal investigations, and provides training to management and employees.
