Jennifer Palmer

Jenny Palmer is an employment attorney and litigator who represents companies in complex employment and business disputes. Based in Boise, she advises employers across a range of industries on litigation and administrative proceedings involving employment‑related claims, as well as broader commercial disputes.

Jenny regularly defends employers against claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination, and represents clients in disputes involving breach of contract, fraud, and tortious interference. She has experience handling matters in both state and federal courts, as well as before administrative agencies, and represents employers in internal investigations and regulatory proceedings.

Her practice spans industries including technology, finance, healthcare, manufacturing, agriculture, and retail, and she provides ongoing counseling to employers on workplace matters such as accommodation and leave requests and employee discipline. Jenny has represented clients through bench and jury trials and has achieved favorable outcomes at both the trial and summary judgment stages in employment and commercial litigation.

In addition to her commercial employment and litigation practice, Jenny represents guardians ad litem in child protection matters in Idaho state courts.
