Kevin Cuddy

Kevin Cuddy brings large firm expertise and local knowledge to his commercial litigation matters. Clients with difficult problems rely on him to handle high-stakes cases and help them navigate complex legal issues. Kevin represents both plaintiffs and defendants on general commercial litigation matters, ranging from breach of contract and tort claims to oil and gas matters, among others. Clients in a wide array of industries – oil and gas, Alaska Native Corporations, healthcare, telecommunications, as well as more traditional commercial and retail – have relied on Kevin to help them obtain favorable results in Alaska courtrooms. He has advised many of Alaska’s largest companies on some of their most challenging cases.

Kevin serves as the pro bono coordinator for the firm’s Anchorage office.
