His practice includes delay, impact and productivity claims; lien, bond and other payment claims; construction and design defect claims; public contracting disputes; and transactional work including traditional and alternative project delivery approaches.
Eric represents private and public owners, developers, contractors, design firms, and suppliers. Significant engagements include handling construction contracts and claims for energy and industrial plant construction; high-tech manufacturing facilities; bridges, highways, and other infrastructure projects; multifamily projects; and commercial and residential high-rise and mid-rise projects. Eric also has a quickly growing practice as a neutral mediator and arbitrator.
