John Kauffman

John Kauffman represents investors, entrepreneurs and corporate management in a variety of business and strategic matters. His work has included startup formation and growth; mergers and acquisitions; venture capital, commercial and other private financings; public securities offerings; and public company reporting and compliance. One focus of John's practice is representing Alaska Native Corporations in their complex M&A transactions in Alaska and throughout the United States.
