Practice Areas
Krista McIntyre is a partner of Stoel Rives who focuses her practice on enforcement defense and permitting under the Clean Air Act (CAA), regularly defending clients in EPA and state enforcement actions involving alleged violations of CAA programs, such as the permitting requirements under Risk Management Plan (RMP), New Source Review (NSR), Prevention of Significant Deterioration (PSD), Title V, plus New Source Performance Standards (NSPS) and National Emissions Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAP). She participates in state rule development and contested case proceedings before the Board of the Idaho Department of Environmental Quality.

Krista is also a leader in Stoel Rives’ Environmental Justice (EJ) work, positioning clients to navigate emerging requirements and implement EJ principles for healthy businesses and healthy communities. Recently, she is exploring Environmental, Social, and Governance practices and initiating conversations with clients on the intersection of ESG with the refreshed government EJ priorities.
