Partner in the property litigation team. Advises on all aspects of commercial landlord and tenant disputes, including insolvency. Often advises clients in connection with disputes, or potential disputes, arising out of development projects including overage, easements and restrictive covenants. Advises an Association to which over 1500 private members clubs are affiliated and various charities in respect of their property issues.

Career

Mark joined Thomson Snell & Passmore as a trainee solicitor in 2003. He became a partner in 2014 and became head of Dispute Resolution in 2022.

Personal
