Luis Marcelo’s broad experience features infrastructure, energy and natural resources project development and dealing with matters related to regulation, permitting, land access and complex disputes. In 1999, Luis Marcelo was among the founding partners of Miranda & Amado. He was previously a member of Estudio Echecopar from 1991 to 1994 and from 1996 to 1999, and of Mayer, Brown & Platt (Chicago) from 1995 to 1996.
Luis Marcelo is a lawyer from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú and holds an LL.M. from the University of Chicago Law School.
