Luis Francisco Paz

His professional practice specializes in three main areas of law: Contract and Commercial Law, Real Estate Transactions, and Private Wealth (Wills, Trusts, and Estates). In the contract and commercial field, his focus is on designing, negotiating, and drafting contracts and commercial business transactions. Additionally, he advises on resolving problems related to contract breaches and damages. In the real estate field, his experience covers advice on structuring and executing real estate projects, serving promoters, developers, and investment funds in their real estate transactions. In the field of private wealth management and estate planning, his focus is on protecting and managing assets, structuring trusts for succession purposes, preparing family protocols, drafting complex wills, and organizing estates, as well as defending in succession conflicts.

Throughout his career, he has worked as a Global Visiting Lawyer for Covington & Burling LLP in Washington DC.

He holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Columbia University and a law degree from the University of Lima. Additionally, he regularly serves as an Adjunct Professor at important Law Schools in the country.
