Larry has more than 40 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, as well as venture capital and other minority investments, private placements, SPAC transactions, limited partner investments in private funds, senior and mezzanine financings, corporate governance matters, and general corporate and contractual matters. He represents large and middle market companies, public and private companies, strategic and financial buyers and sellers, and family offices and other institutional investors.
