Kevin Finnegan

Kevin assists insurers, reinsurers and other financial services clients on a broad range of transactions and issues.

Kevin has extensive mergers and acquisitions experience involving insurance and reinsurance, retirement services business, broker-dealers and investment advisers. He has helped clients structure, negotiate and complete a variety of transactions, including sales and acquisitions of insurance entities, reinsurance of blocks of insurance business, asset sales, non-control investments, company formations, capital raising and corporate restructurings. In addition to his transactional work, Kevin also regularly advises clients on compliance with state insurance regulations, including licensing requirements and filings under the state insurance holding company acts, and general corporate matters.
