Kathryn Wymer Clarke

Katie advises clients in various transactional matters in the energy industry, with a particular focus on the renewable energy, electric power and natural gas sectors.

She regularly represents energy providers, project developers, public companies, retail electric providers, electric and gas utilities, electric cooperatives, and other energy industry participants in mergers and acquisitions, power procurement, project development, and project financings. Her work regularly involves M&A agreements, engineering, procurement and construction agreements, operations and maintenance agreements, power purchase agreements, electric service agreements, and energy storage services agreements.

Katie began her career with Eversheds Sutherland upon graduating from law school in 2019, after participating in the Eversheds Sutherland Summer Associate program in 2018. Prior to entering the legal profession, Katie worked in the energy industry in Atlanta.
