Katherine also has considerable experience in real estate finance matters, acting for major UK lenders and clearing banks and in particular, dealing with development finance transactions. Katherine also works closely with Thomson Snell & Passmore LLP’s corporate M&A and banking & finance teams in providing corporate support on property aspects to clients undertaking corporate acquisitions or disposals.

Career

Katherine joined the firm in 2023 from another leading Kent firm. Prior to this, Katherine spent six years as an Associate in the City.
