Jeremy represents management in all facets of labor and employment litigation and counseling matters. He has defended class action wage and hour/overtime disputes, EEO class actions, and retaliatory discharge cases. He has obtained temporary restraining orders and preliminary injunctions in response to labor disputes, tried dozens of labor arbitrations, and led collective bargaining negotiations for employers and employee associations covering thousands of employees. Jeremy also has extensive experience in investigations and litigation with the NLRB, EEOC, OFCCP, and the Department of Labor and incorporates lessons learned into counseling clients on day-to-day HR issues and government audits to avoid litigation.
