Jeremy Glenn

Practice Areas

Jeremy represents management in all facets of Labor & Employment litigation and counseling matters including class action wage/hour and overtime disputes, EEO class actions, restrictive covenant disputes and retaliatory discharge cases. He has obtained temporary restraining orders and preliminary injunctions in response to labor disputes, tried dozens of labor arbitrations, and acted as chief-spokesperson in collective bargaining negotiations for employers covering thousands of employees. Jeremy also has extensive experience in investigations and litigation with the NLRB, EEOC, OFCCP and the Department of Labor, and incorporates lessons learned into counseling clients on day-to-day HR issues and government audits to avoid litigation.
