Jeff is co-chair of the firm’s Business Law Department and serves on the firm’s Management Committee. He has represented clients in loan transactions, from both the lender side and borrower side, which representations have also included distressed debt and loan workouts. His practice includes the acquisition of office, industrial, multi-family, and retail properties, including those involving joint venture transactions and portfolio acquisitions and dispositions. Jeff has also represented clients from both a landlord and tenant perspective in office, industrial and retail leases, as well as ground lease transactions.
