With more than 30 years of diverse and extensive experience in commercial real estate, Jim guides clients in complex transactions of all types, including development, purchase and sale, leasing and joint venture matters. Jim’s clients are involved in all aspects of commercial real estate projects, including retail, mixed use, office, hospitality, industrial and multifamily use. He advises on transactions involving partnerships and limited liability companies, and he understands the structuring and organizational aspects of each entity type. Additionally, Jim chairs the firm’s Retail Development Team and devotes substantial time to retail and mixed use development and leasing matters.
