A seasoned securities and transactional lawyer, Herbert helps clients in their capital raising efforts through complex financing deals. Additionally, Herbert regularly guides corporate boards and management in corporate governance issues and in successfully navigating the intricate rules and regulations of the SEC, including Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and ongoing SEC reporting obligations and other securities laws.
