Scott has practiced environmental law for more than 25 years. He represents property owners/operators, buyers, sellers and lenders in wide range of environmental transactions, regulatory matters and enforcement actions. He has extensive experience related to remediation and brownfield redevelopment. In addition, Scott has drafted, lobbied and/or commented on numerous legislative bills and environmental regulations.
