He has experience in structuring business deals, licensing, and intellectual property diligence for funding and acquisition transactions. In addition to his years as a patent attorney, he has four years of practical industry experience as an engineer, developing CAD/CAM and database applications addressing specific problems in electrical systems modeling, propulsion, fluid mechanics, complex surface geometries, and structural engineering.
Frank earned his undergraduate degree in engineering from the University of Colorado and his law degree from the University of Oregon.
