Frank Abramonte

Frank Abramonte leverages his extensive technical, legal, and business experience to provide intellectual property related services and business counseling to a large variety of businesses. Frank provides services in all aspects of domestic and foreign patent procurement and portfolio strategizing. He has experience in electrical, software, and mechanical engineering, as well as medical imaging and medical devices, quantum computing, and artificial intelligence. Frank performs freedom to operate, invalidity, and non-infringement studies and opinions, as well as related litigation counseling. He has experience in structuring business deals, licensing, and intellectual property diligence for funding and acquisition transactions. Frank counsels a large range of clients, including early-stage startups, mid-and later-stage companies, and established public companies. He is committed to understanding the business of each client and carefully crafting strategic advice and solutions to allow each company to execute on their respective business strategy. In addition to his years as a patent attorney, he has four years of practical industry experience as an engineer, developing CAD/CAM and database applications addressing specific problems in electrical systems modeling, propulsion, fluid mechanics, complex surface geometries, and structural engineering.
