Her professional practice focuses on competition law, with special emphasis on free competition, merger control and elimination of bureaucratic barriers, while providing counsel on regulatory and administrative law matters, as well as data privacy.

Partner at Miranda & Amado since 2022, she joined the firm as an associate in 2018. Previously, she worked at the Bullard Falla Ezcurra law firm (2011 to 2018) and at the Specialized Competition Defense Chamber of the National Institute for the Defense of Competition and the Protection of Intellectual Property (INDECOPI) (2008 to 2011). Fiorella has also been a member of the Regulatory Policy Clinic at New York University (NYU) (2014).

She holds an LL.B. from the Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos and an LL.M. from New York University, where she received the Dean's Award. She has taught the Economic Administrative Law course at the Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas and at the Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos, and is currently a part-time lecturer at the Universidad del Pacífico. She has also published articles and has been a speaker at several academic forums on administrative law, regulatory impact, elimination of bureaucratic barriers and free competition.

A Spanish native speaker, she is fluent in English and speaks French at an intermediate level.
