Eugene R Elrod

Eugene R. (Gene) Elrod concentrates primarily on federal and state regulation of the production, transmission and distribution of natural gas, crude oil, and petroleum products. His experience includes domestic and international transactions involving oil, natural gas and other natural resources. He has tried cases for clients at the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, in state courts, state regulatory commissions and before arbitration panels; and he has briefed and argued cases in both federal and state appellate courts.
