A respected trial lawyer, Erin is a member of the firm’s Commercial Disputes practice group and focuses her practice in the areas of business and commercial disputes, civil rights litigation, class action matters, intellectual property litigation, professional liability defense, and provider-payor disputes. She has tried cases in federal and state courts, as well as before arbitration panels, and has developed significant experience conducting internal investigations.
Erin is known throughout the Nashville community and beyond for her fierce advocacy and civic engagement. She is ranked by Chambers USA in the General Commercial category and was named a 2023 “Woman of Influence” by the Nashville Business Journal.
