Erin Palmer Polly

Erin Palmer Polly is a member of the firm’s Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice Group and advises clients in complex business and commercial disputes, with a particular focus on healthcare-related litigation. She represents clients in federal and state courts and arbitration proceedings involving contract disputes, business torts, provider-payor matters, managed care disputes, class actions, professional liability defense, and internal investigations.

Erin regularly represents healthcare providers in reimbursement and contractual disputes with payors, including high-value matters in courts and arbitration forums nationwide. She also handles significant healthcare disputes involving complex financial and contractual issues, helping clients manage risk and advance their business objectives.

An experienced trial lawyer, Erin represents clients through all stages of litigation, arbitration, and appeal and is known for developing practical, business-focused strategies that align legal objectives with broader business goals.
